  • For warranty-related returns, please contact us via the general contact form to arrange an RA. Better yet, you can reply to the original email with your order details that was sent to you at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellations – where the customer has already paid but the goods have not yet shipped – incur a cancellation fee of $15 to be invoiced separately. This cancellation fee would need to be paid before the refund is processed.
