Returns

  • We are unable to accept returns for change of mind or mistaken purchase at this stage.
  • For warranty-related returns, please contact us via the general contact form to arrange an RA. Better yet, you can reply to the original email with your order details that was sent to you at the time of purchase.
    • We may ask for photographic or video evidence of the fault before accepting a return.
      • Supporting videos should be uploaded onto YouTube and set to privatised.  Provide us with the link.
      • Photos can be emailed to us or uploaded onto Imgur or Photobucket and the link shared with us.
    • If a part is missing or defective, please mark the concerned part in pencil on the exploded diagram (if available).  You may also identify parts by their reference number in the exploded diagram, which can sometimes be found in the manual or as a standalone document.
      • In the age of smart phones, you can easily send us photographs or videos to help us understand the issue.
    • Please rule out user error, or incompatibility issues before attempting to raise an RA with us.
    • We sometimes have the brand authority rigorously test the product in order to decide the outcome of your warranty return, and you may be liable for fees to have the product returned to you if no fault is found.
    • Make use of community forums and the official brand technical support hotlines.  Oftentimes, common troubleshooting is well-covered in such fora.
    • You can strengthen your warranty case if you can provide a vendor case number and a supporting statement from the vendor acknowledging the case for a warranty claim.
  • For any kind of return, please back up any essential data, and remove personal or sensitive data from devices.  Since you may not see the returned device again, it must be assumed data will be irretrievable.
  • Cancellation or restocking fees as high as 25% the value of the goods may apply in cases where cancellations or returns are granted at the store’s discretion.
    • Note our official line is no returns over change of buyer mind.
    • We don’t have the resources to take on unwarranted returns at this stage; they entail significant losses to the business.
