Yes, we offer:

  •  Delivery Australia-wide (exceptions apply)
  •  Mostly Australian stock (located in various states)
  •  Delivery outside Australia offered on a case-by-case basis
  •  Osko PayID, PayPal, major credit cards, Zip, and bank transfer, are accepted
  •  Full Australian warranties on most products
  •  Custom upgrades on laptops/desktops for a labour fee ($60)
  •  1-5 working day delivery on most products
No, we do not support:

  •  Delivery to parcel lockers and PO boxes
  •  Returns for change of mind or buyer error
  • When enquiring about products on our website, please identify the product by its SKU number which is found on on every product page.
  • As we have thousands of products with many similar product variations, it’s not realistic to expect us to know which product you’re referring to based on its name or title alone.
  • When reading out letters over the phone, to avoid having to repeat yourself, please make use of the phonetic alphabet.
    For example: “S as in Sierra”, “E for Echo”, et cetera.
