Yes, we offer:

  • Delivery Australia-wide (exceptions apply)
  • Mostly Australian stock (located in various states)
  • Delivery to the world, offered on a case-by-case basis
  • Osko PayID, PayPal and bank transfer accepted
  • Full Australian warranties on most products
  • Custom upgrades on laptops/desktops for a labour fee ($60)
  • 1-5 working day delivery on most products
No, we do not support:

  • Delivery to parcel lockers and PO boxes
  • Credit card payments (you can link your credit card to PayPal as a workaround)
  • Returns for change of mind or buyer error
  • For all enquiries relating to a product on our website, it is recommended that you identify the product by its SKU number which is found on on every product page.
  • As we have thousands of products, and many similar product variations, it’s not reasonable to expect us to know which product you’re referring to based on its name or title alone.
  • To avoid wasting time, when enquiring over the phone, please use the phonetic alphabet when citing SKU codes.
    For example: “S as in Sierra” (or “S for Sierra”), “E as in Echo”.
  • Following these simple steps helps us to serve you faster.

If you are a customer from outside of Australia, we recommend using our contact form below to avoid international call rates.
